Get a Copy of Your Data

Download everything Meroveil keeps about your account — your heroes, progress, purchases, messages and settings — as a file you can keep.

Sign in to download

Use the email and password you registered in the game. You get a .json file (machine-readable) and a plain-text summary on this page.

Your password goes only to the Meroveil game server, over an encrypted connection, to sign you in. This page never stores it, and signs you out as soon as your file is ready.

Played as a guest?

Guest accounts don’t have a password, so they can’t sign in here. You have two options:

  1. Add an email in the game, then come back. From the lobby, tap PROFILE and fill in ACCOUNT LINK (email and password). That also protects your progress if you change devices.
  2. Ask support. Email with your display name and player ID (both on PROFILE) and, if you have one, a store receipt for a purchase you made. We confirm the account is yours from at least two of these before sending anything.

In the game

On the PROFILE screen, tap EXPORT DATA. On iPhone and iPad the file is saved where the Files app can see it (On My iPhone › Meroveil). On Android, the button opens this page.

What’s in the file

  • Your account: player ID, names, email, sign-in methods, language and key dates.
  • Your heroes, gear, items, pets and currencies, by their in-game names.
  • Your progress in every mode, your summon history, and your Battle Pass and quests.
  • Your purchases and spending limit, your Heart Stories progress and your 18+ confirmation.
  • Your friends (by display name), guild, your own chat messages and your inbox.
  • A summary of the security records we keep for your account, and how long we keep things.

It does not include other players’ personal data, reports other players made, or internal security values; the file explains each exclusion and how to ask about it.
